Rachel's & Adam's Love Story

Meeting Rachel Marcus at a bridal show earlier this year has been one incredible relationship that has grown deeper with the passing of each month. If there is such a thing as "bride and photographer falling in love with each other at first sight", well, we're it! Rachel is the most bubbly, exciting, and enthusiastic bride I've ever encountered. She's overjoyed about EVERYTHING!!!

To know Rachel is to know the most awesome young woman who is a nurse that doesn't let anything destroy her happiness for the day. To know Adam is to know a young man who is supportive, compassionate, and desirous of marrying Rachel. Adam is equally ambitious as he balances work while completing his Master's Degree. (I like this guy a lot).

So much of my photography is based on a similar enthusiasm whereas I balance my artistic talents in unison with the personalities of my clients. Nothing could be more from the truth when it came time to photographing Rachel and Adam. I have virtually been dying to create images of this couple. Both live in Jacksonville and finally I've gotten the chance to create my first set of images for them. It was a blast of a session, and both Dana and I created the romantic images you see below.
If I had to vote on an upcoming "Couple of The Year", Rachel and Adam, you're IT!

Enjoy!

Dana's idea of using a sheer
fabric on the beach was a big hit.
I love the gentle romance between
Rachel & Adam in this shot.

Two Models For One

Who says lightning can't strike twice in the same place? Well, several blogs back you've seen images that I've created of Kalyn. Now meet her younger sister.  Kalyn couldn't wait to introduce her sister to me with hopes of us getting in a photo shoot before she returned to school.

As luck would have it one of my afternoon appointments canceled and I hurriedly scheduled her sister into the vacant spot. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I took Kalyn's word by faith when she told me that her sister was "gorgeous". Here's one case where words were not over inflated. Kalyn was absolutely truthful; her sister was just as beautiful. In fact, the two could be twins.

I had prearranged for makeup artist Krystal Cordo to prep the model for the session if it did happened, so the stage was set for a great test shoot. Kalyn's sister has never model before, but as you can see she's got the "right stuff".
Now, I don't want to compare her to Kalyn, but I can truly say when it comes to two sister who are equally beautiful and who look great in front of the camera, lighting has struck twice in the same place.

True beauty is so natural and
so easy to capture with a camera.
Big beautiful eyes are captivating.
I put my model through some intense poses, and she
handled every one of them extremely well.

Enjoy.

Justin's Debut

Many of my clients come to me by way of "word-of-mouth" because they've heard of my particular style of photography. I have a reputation of loving to photograph faces and that is exactly what drew Justin Dinkins to my studio. He's currently planning on trying his luck in the modeling industry and wanted some great shots to launch his career.

I agreed to do Justin's
head shot session, then I referred him to another colleague who I suggested he should hire to create his remaining images. From what I've seen of Justin during this session I believe he has a great opportunity of making it as a top male model in South Florida. Good luck, Justin. I'm looking for your autographed on your first set of comp card!!!

Enjoy!

GQ material!
Justin has the kind of skin
that works well with lighting.

Justin's "bad boy" look.
This is my favorite shot of Justin.
Definitely cover material.

Yeah, he can be cool, too.
